Acquisition of Toledo Beach Marina in La Salle, Michigan
Atlanta, Georgia USA - Vinings Marine Group ("VMG") and its affiliates are pleased to announce its ninth marina acquisition in a two year period. VMG closed on the Toledo Beach Marina in La Salle, Michigan. Toledo Beach Marina a 544 wet slip and 350 dry stack full service marina is on 183 acres. It includes fuel, pump out, restaurant, ship store, deli, bar, and service shop including paint and fiberglass repair. The marina employees 29 full time associates.
The marina property, a former amusement park dating back in 1907, was owned by the Gladieux family for approximately 60 years and was built in 1962. Paul Reed General Manager of the marina operations also stated that he and his staff will continue with the marketing and sales of the Hatteras, Grand Banks, East Bay and Cabo Yachts. Brent Reed and staff will also continue the marketing and sales in West Michigan of Tiara, Pursuit as well as the above mentioned Yachts at the Toledo Beach West in Grand Haven Michigan. |
