Vinings Marine Group (“VMG”) and its affiliate LaPrade’s Marina, LLC announced the acquisition of LaPrade’s Marina on Lake Burton, Georgia.
The Historic marina built in 1925 combines 125 wet slips and 42 acres of upland, including several cabins, a restaurant, storage, and fuel sales. The marina has been shut down for years and the restaurant burnt down by arson last mother’s day.
VMG plans on rebuilding the marina, restaurant, and adding some residential components.
Peter Anzo one of Vinings mangers indicates this is VMG’s eighth marina acquisition in 13 months. |
