Vinings Marine Group (VMG) and its affiliates are please to announce the purchase of the majority interest in Taylor's Landing Marine Center, Norfolk, Virginina.
VMG's fifteenth marina acquisition contains 220 wet slips and a 448 slip dry stack facility. It also contains (2) two boat dealers, service facility, pool, restaurant, and numerous marine retail tenants, with gas and diesel fueling.
Peter Anzo, VMG's majority member says, "This strategic acquisition gives VMG a total of 1242 slips with all of the dry stack and fuel in the immediate area. We love the Chesapeake Bay, and hope to purchase more marinas in the area this year." |
