An affiliate of Vinings Marine Group, LLC announced the acquisition of Point Lookout Marina in Ridge, Maryland. The marina is located on 24 acres of land with 169 wet slips and 125 dry slips The marina has an on-site restaurant, fuel docks, offices, ship’s store, large outdoor pool, picnic area with charcoal grills, playground, pump-out, bathroom and showers. In addition, the marina is equipped with a full-service department specializing in mechanical repairs, fiberglass, electrical and hull painting.
Peter Anzo of Vinings says, “This is the fourteenth marina acquisition since December 2004 and our fourth on the Chesapeake Bay.”
Vinings formally involved in the multi family industry has refocused its energies on marina acquisition exclusively. It is currently pursuing additional marinas in Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, New York, North and South Carolina and Virginia.
